What is the return policy?
All returns must be authorized and shipped in original packaging. Items for refund must be returned within 15 days of date of purchase and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will canvas prints last?
Prints should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Under normal conditions prints should last for many years.

Can I put the canvas print on a stretcher frame with no outer frame?
Absolutely, if you staple the canvas print to the stretcher frame the sides will remain clean. There is a two inch border that gives plenty of room for the operation but care should be taken to avoid scratching or cracking the canvas.

Do I pay for shipping if I order more than one print?
The second print is shipped free provided it is going to the same location.

How long will it take me to receive my prints?
Orders, once paid for, will be shipped within 2 working days.
We ship Canada Post (Express) so you should receive the package within 3 to 5 working days.

Will the colour on the screen be the same as on my canvas print?
There will be minor differences in hues based on individual monitor settings.

How are canvases shipped?
Printed canvases are packaged in a rigid 3-ply tube.

Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes, but shipping prices may vary depending on location.

Can I place an order and have it shipped to another address?
Yes.

Are the prints water resistant?
Yes.

What credit cards will be accepted?
The method of payment is PayPal. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express.)

We have standard sizes but custom ordering is available on request.
